CRS START ALL

With the CRS START ALL article: Complete startup of all CRS cluster resources, we provide the command to initiate the opening of all online resources registered in the CRS, including the opening of databases, by executing the command from a node of an RAC.

If the first node of the RAC has encountered a pit stop due to the change of some faulty HW component and previously we have disabled the automatic startup of the CRS and subsequently stopped all resources, we will need to re-enable the automatic start of the CRS with the command indicated in the article ENABLE CRS and proceed with starting the resources.

The command to execute the complete startup of all CRS cluster resources to be executed with the root user is:

crsctl start cluster -all

After we are returned the command prompt, which may take more than 10 minutes to wait if the server is not performing well enough, we need to check if all resources have come up correctly.

So, to perform the check, we can launch the following command:

crsctl status res -t

If all resources are ONLINE, the activity can be considered completed.
